To get started, click Sign Up on the homepage. You can create a Customer Account for shopping or a Vendor Account to start selling. Vendors must provide valid business details for verification and store setup.

Update your profile and address anytime from your dashboard.
Reset forgotten passwords via the login page.
Secure your account with two-step authentication (coming soon).

Ordering & Payments

Shop from trusted vendors by browsing categories or searching for products. Add your favorites to cart and checkout securely.

Supported payments: Paystack and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Orders are confirmed instantly upon successful payment.
Receipts and order summaries are available in your dashboard.

Delivery & Tracking

We partner with trusted logistics providers for reliable deliveries across Nigeria and beyond. You can track orders live from your dashboard.

Standard delivery time: 1–5 business days.
Tracking link provided after dispatch.
For delays, contact support for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, don’t worry — you can request a return or refund easily.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
