Vendors must upload clear, high-quality product images and accurate descriptions. Listings should include correct prices, stock levels, and variations. Avoid misleading titles or keyword stuffing, as these can result in removal or suspension.

• Images must accurately represent the product offered.
• Use real, unedited product images — not stock photos.
• Descriptions must clearly state specifications, materials, dimensions, and warranties where applicable.
• Describe materials, size, color, and key features clearly.
• Keep inventory information up to date to prevent cancellations.
• Counterfeit, infringing, or illegal goods are strictly prohibited.

Orders should be processed and shipped within the time frame stated on your product page. Vendors are expected to package products securely to avoid damage and provide tracking numbers when available.

• Confirm orders within 24 hours of receipt.
• Provide valid tracking information.
• Ship items using reliable logistics providers.
• Package goods securely to prevent transit damage.

In the event of non-response, SakiXpress reserves the right to resolve disputes in favor of the customer and deduct applicable amounts from the Vendor’s account.

All vendors are required to comply with applicable laws, tax requirements, and e-commerce regulations. Counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
