Welcome to SakiXpress! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using SakiXpress, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use SakiXpress. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its proper functioning. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of their product listings.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. SakiXpress reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or engage in fraudulent activity.
All product orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Payments must be completed through approved payment gateways such as Paystack or via Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. SakiXpress reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on product type, location, and vendor handling. SakiXpress shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers or external circumstances beyond our control.
Return and refund requests must comply with our official Return Policy. Refunds will only be issued for eligible items returned in accordance with applicable terms. Vendors may have additional policies that apply to certain categories of goods.
All trademarks, logos, content, and materials displayed on the Platform are the property of SakiXpress or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent from SakiXpress.
Vendors are required to comply with all applicable laws and SakiXpress policies. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfillment of orders, and customer support for their products. Failure to meet these obligations may result in penalties, suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SakiXpress and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it. SakiXpress provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or merchantability of products offered by vendors.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SakiXpress, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
SakiXpress may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or act in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the rules of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC). The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
SakiXpress reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
