SakiXpress Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To qualify:

• The product must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
• Electronic items must not be tampered with or activated.
• Perishable, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Order number and item name
• Clear photos showing the damage or issue
• Brief description of the problem

Once verified, our team will assist with a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a notification via email or SMS. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

• Paystack payments: Refunded within 3–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via wallet credit or bank transfer.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or sent in error. SakiXpress may offer a prepaid return label in certain cases.

• Always use a trackable courier service for returns.
• Keep your return receipt until the refund is confirmed.
• Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
