All content, graphics, trademarks, software, and source code associated with SakiXpress are the exclusive property of SakiXpress or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for personal or commercial transactions conducted through our system.
Copying, redistributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or using any portion of SakiXpress intellectual property without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Every vendor operating on SakiXpress undergoes a detailed verification process before approval. This includes validating business identity, product authenticity, and compliance with trade and safety standards.
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings, fulfillment of orders, and after-sales obligations. SakiXpress reserves the right to suspend, delist, or terminate vendors found in breach of our Vendor Policy or any local/international law.
By participating as a vendor, you grant SakiXpress a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, market, and promote your listings on our platform and affiliated channels.
SakiXpress implements industry-standard security protocols, including SSL encryption, firewall protection, and periodic penetration testing. Sensitive customer information, including payment details, is handled securely and in compliance with the NDPR, GDPR, and other international privacy standards.
All employees and authorized contractors of SakiXpress are bound by confidentiality agreements. Unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of customer or vendor data is strictly prohibited and punishable under law.
Payments on SakiXpress are facilitated through certified payment gateways such as Paystack and other PCI-DSS-compliant platforms. We do not store card or banking details on our servers. However, transactional information may be retained securely for fraud detection and dispute resolution purposes.
Users acknowledge that while SakiXpress employs best-practice measures to ensure secure payments, no system is completely immune to risk. By using the platform, you agree that SakiXpress will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

Users and vendors must not attempt to hack, exploit, or interfere with the platform’s functionality, API endpoints, or data systems. Any such activity constitutes a criminal offense under the Cybercrime (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SakiXpress, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or lost profits, resulting from the use of our platform or services.
SakiXpress reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to its platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons, without liability to users or vendors.
